About

Simply Scoop Pet Waste & Property Services is a veteran-owned company based in Cleburne, TX, serving HOAs, apartment communities, commercial properties, municipalities, and government clients across the DFW metroplex.

Our commercial services include pet waste station service, dog park cleaning, common-area pet waste removal, litter pickup, community garbage can service, porter and grounds support, amenity cleaning, exterior sanitation, and light maintenance. Every visit is photo-documented, so property managers can see the work got done without chasing a vendor.

For homeowners in Johnson and Tarrant Counties, we provide weekly, twice-weekly, and one-time pet waste removal, plus deodorizer and disinfectant yard treatments, with sanitized equipment and a closed-gate photo after every visit.

Owned by Malik Lee, a U.S. Navy veteran, and Kayla Lee. We communicate clearly, do what we say, and act as a trusted second set of eyes on every property we serve.
