The Restoration Project Manager (RPM). The RPM is responsible for a complete understanding of STOP management systems to conduct the job requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS: The RPM must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a great ability to listen. Communication with all stakeholders related to a project to include the Agent, Adjuster, Customer, Supplier, and Co-workers is critical. The RPM must have the ability to evaluate and analyze unique situations and make decisions necessary to implement a solid project workflow and process.

6+ years of experience is required in the restoration industry, serving in various positions including knowledge of tools, equipment, set up processes, planning and organizing jobs, controlling costs and excellent customer service. Estimating and invoicing all types of losses and decision making related to job completion.

TECHNICAL ABILILTY: All aspects of water mitigation and mold remediation. The PM must have a full working knowledge of all job processing. This includes all aspects of water, fire, smoke, and mold related restoration projects. Develop estimates on projects and coordinate all projects. The RPM is the liaison for allocation of related labor, materials, and time management. Assessment and evaluation of all technical aspects of property restoration is part of the RPM position.

Knowledge of related software programs that assist in managing and controlling job costs and other resources is highly recommended. Furthermore, existing knowledge of standard business spreadsheets, tracking systems and Microsoft Office.

MANAGEMENT INTERACTION: The primary responsibilities will include planning the project, staffing resources and organizing the project. The RPM reports to the franchise owner and takes direction from the owner. The RPM assesses risk, advises the owner of situations and provides alternative solutions. This position requires an elevated level of problem solving and delegating as appropriate.

The RPM is responsible for ensuring all STOP production systems are followed for projects and proper communication with the technicians and the business manager and marketing is consistent and professional.

The RPM reviews, refines and develops forms and systems as necessary to ensure the smooth flow of operations, and makes recommendations as requested.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: The RPM is required to stay educated on fundamental topics within the industry and the franchise. Continuing education, certifications, education, and personal development are expected. Key Performance Indicators will be a primary source of data which will be used to measure management efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
