Primary Responsibilities:

Procurement: Process purchase orders, ensure accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and received in a timely manner.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, and manage several databases.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, invoices, and inventory. This often includes managing electronic procurement platforms and archiving documents.

Match purchase orders with invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and assist with accounts payable and budget-related data.

Provide administrative assistance to purchasing agents, prepare reports, and ensure that purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Key skills and qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to coordinate with vendors and internal departments.

Skills to manage a large volume of information, maintain organized files, and ensure accuracy in orders and records.

Education and or 1-3 years of experience preferred.

Provide support to other positions where needed

Ability to work in office setting and complete all required task

Ability to prioritize, take initiative and focus on multiple tasks
